Expo Learning Pavilion Application

Applications are due no later than April 5, 2017.​​​

​If your application is accepted, an invoice for the $500 presentation fee will be sent to the listed contact's attention. Payment is due immediately upon receipt to guarantee a session slot.

​Learning Pavilion Presentations occur during non-compete hours on the Expo Floor:

  • Monday, 6/5
    9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.;
    12:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.

  • Tuesday, 6/6
    9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.;
    12:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.

  • Wednesday, 6/7
    8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.;
    11:15 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.​
